This program is a hardcore cutting edge way for you to pack on mass to your biceps and triceps fast! This program is not going to be easy, you are going to be very sore, very often. This will be uncomfortable, but if you stick with it you will see results in just 4 weeks. This is not designed to be ran back to back, this program should be used as a way to break up your current training routine OR as a way to kick start your training. This is a program that will be successful for those experienced and novice alike. Without further notice lets get to work!

The idea behind this next 4 weeks will be to put an extreme amount of strain and stress on the muscle groups we are looking to grow, and recovering as much as possible as quickly as possible. The idea behind this is to create a short environment where the muscle has no choice but to grow in order to “survive” if you will. The body will always adapt, so we are going to put it in a situation to do just that. The name of the game is high volume and high frequency for short bursts.

Below we have laid out your program in order for you to maximize your growth and to get your biceps and triceps growing.

Training Split:

Monday - Biceps & Triceps
Tuesday - Chest & Shoulders
Wednesday - Biceps & Triceps
Thursday - Back
Friday - Biceps & Triceps
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Rest

How To:

Biceps
6 Exercises
5 Sets
12-15 Reps per set

Triceps
6 Exercises
5 Sets
12-15 Reps per set

Something extremely important to remember during this program is that regardless of the 12-15 rep sets you still need to work toward the heaviest set possible. As the program goes you should see increases in weights for each and every movement. Do not slack here this is a very short time period to put this type of strain on these muscles and the only way you will see results is if you give it all you have for the next four weeks!

During this 4 week program you need to make sure that your nutrients are high, you are taking care of your nutrition and putting yourself in the right environment to grow. Look to have 1-1.5g of Protein per pound of bodyweight and ideally you will have 2g of carbohydrates per day while maintaining roughly 60-75g of dietary fats per day. This program is not easy so all these calories will be needed to keep you growing and developing the muscle gains you are looking for.
