Choline Bitartrate

Choline is an essential nutrient required for optimal brain development as well as the formation of two highly important phospholipids that build cell membranes. It also provides the “backbone” for acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that plays a key role in learning, memory, and muscle contraction.*

Beyond its ability to help support greater focus and learning, additional research indicates that supplementing with choline may help increases carnitine retention in the body.[1]*

Why is this noteworthy?

Well, carnitine is a compound in the body that facilitates the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria so that they can be oxidized (“burned”) for energy. Deficiencies in carnitine levels may impair energy production and fat burning.*

Therefore, supplementing with choline may help maintain higher levels of carnitine, promoting greater fat mobilization and oxidation.[2,3,4]*


There’s no other way to say it, dieting is stressful to the body, both mentally and physically. Not only do you have to willingly deprive yourself of food, but you also have to increase energy output (as weight loss dictates that energy intake be less than energy output).

Forskolin promotes weight loss by increasing cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate) levels in the body.[11] cAMP is a derivative of ATP that serves as a chemical messenger involved in numerous biological processes.*

Activation of cAMP ignites lipolysis (the breakdown of fat stores in the body) while also inhibiting fat synthesis in the body.[13,14] In other words, forskolin may help liberate stored fatty acids to be oxidized for energy and limit fat synthesis.*

Additional research indicates that forskolin may reduce appetite and help preserve lean muscle mass while dieting.*[15,16]


InnoSlim® is a patented extract composed of highly purified and fractionated

 from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus demonstrated to support weight loss via the Adiponectin-AMPK-HIF-1-GLUT4 pathway, which may help reduce blood glucose and fat accumulation.*

In case you weren’t aware, AMPK is an enzyme that serves as the body’s “master energy regulator. As such, it stimulates fatty acid oxidation (fat burning) in liver and skeletal muscle, ketogenesis, and glucose uptake into skeletal muscle.

Studies have found that InnoSlim® decreases glucose absorption in the intestine by reducing the glucose transporter SGLT1. It’s also been noted to upregulate glucose absorption in muscle and fat cells by enhancing the activity of glucose transport protein GLUT4.[18,19]*

Other studies find that InnoSlim® administration can enhance levels of adiponectin -- a protein that regulates glucose levels and fatty acid oxidation. Higher concentrations of adiponectin lead to reductions in fat cell formation and greater energy expenditure.*[18,19]

Furthermore, since InnoSlim® reduces SGLT1 in the intestine, it may also help reduce calorie consumption. Finally, InnoSlim® may also help suppress appetite by decreasing blood glucose levels and increasing insulin activity.*[18,19]


Gamma-butyrobetaine (GBB) is a precursor to L-Carnitine noted to increase the production of L-Carnitine by your body, even more effectively than supplemental forms of carnitine.[20,21] 

As stated above, carnitine plays a key role in energy metabolism as it serves as the “shuttle” for fatty acids to enter the mitochondria and be oxidized for energy. By increasing carnitine production in the body, GBB not only supports fat burning but may also enhance exercise performance via its ability to aid energy production.*

Be aware that GBB is known to have a fairly potent thermogenic effect in the body, so expect to feel the heat.*


Paradoxine (Aframomum Melegueta or Grains of Paradise) is a pungent spice with a long history of use in traditional medicine. 

Modern studies have identified it as a potential stimulant-free fat loss support agent due to its ability to increase energy expenditure and mobilize fat from brown adipose tissue (BAT thermogenesis), which enhances calorie burning and weight loss.*[22,23,24]
