Orders

Our processing time is 1-5 business days, depending on our order volume. Note that processing time is the time it takes from when we received the order, and until it leaves our warehouse.

We always strive to get orders out within 24 hours.

Holidays do not count as a business day.

You will get an email with a order ID number shortly after the order is placed.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on our end (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All returns may be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Primeval Labs offers FREE shipping on orders $99+ within the USA.

Orders below $75 will be offered a wide range of shipping options, as well as $8.99 flat rate shipping anywhere in the USA.

We offer various shipping methods through all major carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You will be able to see the price and select your desired shipping method at checkout.

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Primeval Labs is not responsible for stolen packages.

APO/FPO

We offer free shipping to most USA military locations around the world, this our military discount. Make sure the fill out your address with your correct APO/FPO/AE address details for the shipping label, then select United States as the country (even if going outside the USA, as long as it is a USA military post office).

International Shipping

Please make sure the correct billing and shipping address is entered when placing the order. Primeval Labs will not reimburse the cost of shipping and/or other fees for orders that are returned/undelivered due to incorrect address or recipients refusal.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will calculate shipping and delivery rates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose in the shopping cart.

All international orders are subject to additional charges for customs sales tax. We can not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value since this is against existing laws.

We always do our best to stay on top of international Custom laws across the world, however, there are far too many countries around the world with custom laws that change on a regular basis. It is your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order.

If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we will provide a refund minus shipping and return shipping (if any added) costs when the package arrives back to our facility. Unfortunately, if a package is destroyed, seized, or held by customs we are not able to offer a refund.
